The name says it all
I have been using Neutrogena skincare for a couple of years now, and I've used the SPF 45, 55, and 70 sunblock, in addition to this one, on my face. I'm using exfoliating lotions, and have dark, sensitive skin that scars easily, so sunscreen is a must for me. This sunblock goes on much more sheer than the SPF 70 product from this line. It doesn't leave a pasty cast on my skin, and it doesn't sting or burn, even when it is close to my eye area. I highly recommend this item for those who need a high SPF.

good stuff for more serious protection
I've tried the spf 45, 60, 75, and 85 versions of this stuff and have settled on using this (spf 85). It is a bit more noticeable on the skin, but also protects better than the others when in direct sun all day. I definitely recommend trying it out.

Neutrogena sunblock review
This sunblock was recommended by our pediatrician after our 2-year old daughter came home sunburned from preschool. The baby sunblock was not effective! Her sunburn symptoms lasted for several days and she was very uncomfortable. We hated seeing her like that! Immediately, I purchased this product & it applies very well (non-greasy) and does not irritate her skin. Her skin-type is "very sensitive." Low and behold, my 3-year old son came home with a sunburn a few weeks later and I also switched his sunblock to this product while at preschool. They have both done excellent with it and are now eager to put on their sunblock so they can go outside. Also, we do use hats now when they are out in the sun! And I keep extra tubes in the car, diaper bag, and in my purse...

Feel and smell good all day long...
This is absolutely the best body lotion especially when paired up with the Neutrogena Body Lotion, Light Sesame Formula. You certainly can't beat the deal on the 40 oz lotion that I found here on Amazon. After bathing I PAT dry and then use the oil, followed by the lotion. Yep, use both if you have really dry skin. There is no oily feeling whatsoever, as both soak right in and the smell is incredible - clean, fresh without being too girly, and a wonderful basis for any perfume I have. In fact, I have had people ask me what I have on with just the oil and lotion. I have been using this combo for years and years and my hubby now uses both products as well

Best Lotion for people with dry skin
My husband and I have extremely dry skin. This lotion has a very mild scent , which is nice for someone who has problems with allergies. The lotion has just the right degree of moisturizing. It goes on very smooth and really helps with the itching that we have during the winter months.

Luxurious Lotion
This was so hard to find when I was looking for it initially. I first used this at a luxury hotel and I felt like a king like wow this is so good! I ordered a box of these I think I have 8 bottles. I highly reccomend this and the Skin Milk lotions. This one is much smoother than Skin Milk though because of the sesame oil mixture.

Glorious fragrance!
I've used Algemarin bath products for a long time, and they are getting more difficult to find. My grandkids love taking bubble baths in the "blue water" Algemarin creates, and I love the scent. It works in the shower as well...I use it as a liquid shower soap, and I even shampoo with it. Great Stuff!

Great product!
I love this product! It reminds me of Pssssst! and though the smell is different, I think it's very nice. It makes your hair feel very soft and nice and doesn't make it too white (although with any spray item, at times it has a mind of its own and deposits more powder than spray). One of the reasons I really like this product is that it is a "refresher" as well. I cannot wash my "down to my boobs" hair every day, or I will have to cut it off. Plus, I have OILY hair. So I REALLY need help here. I have been very pleased with the results of the Algemarin. i have to say that my favorite is still the old Pssssst! with scent, but they do not make it any more so that settles that!

As I wrote in my other review of another dry shampoo, there is a technique to using dry shampoo and if you are anything but grey haired or blonde, there is a procedure you must follow. First, never spray it on hair that will be the outer hairs of your "do" meaning don't spray it where you plan to part your hair. Spray it just underneath it. Second after spraying, take a towel and towel rub it through your hair. Then take a soft BRISTLE brush and brush your hair till all the white is gone and it looks more normal. Wipe off any remaining "white" residue with a slightly damp washcloth or soft paper towel. Style as usual!

Best by far
I've tried three dry shampoos so far: Pssst!, Klorane, Algemarin, and Bumble & Bumble (updated). This one if by FAR the best one out of those four. It has a nice smell, doesn't dry out my hair, and a little goes a long way. Since I tried the colored B&B dry shampoo, you should know that it made my fingertips brown every time I'd touch my hair. That...and it dried the tar out of my hair.

If you're looking for an EXCELLENT dry shampoo, try this one first and save yourself some time. I'm going to be stocking up, personally.

I love this product
I get very excited when a product actually delivers on it's promise. I've tried other similar products, the Bumble&Bumble powder is very expensive and messy, plus it wipes out your shine and weighs down the hair. The Klorane is good, (not the extra gentle one - the regular one), it has the faintest scent but it's not nearly as effective as the Algemarin. The Algemarin smells strongly perfumey at first, but the scent almost disappears and leaves your hair clean, mine actually looks like I shampooed it, and that was what I was going for. I'm not able to cut my blowdrying and flat-ironing in half and will be saving my hair! Great product. I shampoo for real one day and use this the next day. AND it's about half the price of the Klorane. (Psssst isn't as good either and smells like deodorant.) Algemarin ROCKS.

The Cleanest of Scents
Several years back while working in Germany, I came across Algemarin. I immediately became hooked on it's scent and the incredible suds it makes in the tub. You can lay in the tub for quite a while without the water running and Algemarin suds will keep together.

People in the US that know about it, think of it as something exotic, though in Germany it is sold in drugstores and supermarkets.

The quality is first-rate.

This stuff is luxurious
I've been using Algemarin for years. As the other reviewer said, it's really hard to find in the U.S., but anyone that's tried it will go to any lengths to find it. I have ordered it over the internet, but this was the best price that I've found yet.

Dry shampoo - great idea, but...
I bought this prior to my having surgery. I wasn't able to walk up steps to take a shower, and my hair gets greasy within 24 hours, so I wanted to look semi-decent when my friends came to visit, take care of me at home. I used the spray on day 2 days after washing, and it actually didn't look too bad. It made a mess of white powder, when I brushed my hair, but ah, for the sake of vanity. Two days later, I washed my hair, and again, two days after that, tried to use the dry shampoo. The tip was totally clogged. I tried soaking the tips in hot water, and when something finally came out, it was just not as closely nice as the first time I used it. Beginners luck or whatever, I asked someone to buy me a headband and sucked in the vanity of my greasy hair. There's GOT to be a product out there that works well, right? I remember PSSSSSST from my youth, but why can't you buy that in the stores anymore? Probably for a good reason.... Nothing beats a good ol' shampooing.

Good basic dry shampoo
This is a good, basic dry shampoo. My teenage daughter, who has very fine hair that tends to get oily pretty quickly, uses it regularly as a quick touch up and it works quickly and well to give her hair a clean, fuller look. My only slight objection is that it has a distinct aroma -- not a bad one, but a noticable perfumy smell. But it's not a bad one, and if you are looking for a dry shampoo this is the best one I have found.

Best I've Tried
I've tried a few dry shampoos in my life and nothing worked until I finally tried Algemarina Dry Shampoo. It's great! I have a lot of problems right now that cause me pain and showering to wash my hair every day or even every other day isn't possible, so using this dry shampoo is a godsend. It truly makes my hair feel and look clean. I just can't recommend this enough. May sure you don't spray in too much or too close, but it's really forgiving as well. Love it!
